"The doormen always greet you and the door is always opened for your arriival or departure. The doormen also go out and assist you in paying for taxis and to be there to support if needed. I suspect they are making sure you are not taken advantage of. That is reassuring. They also always help escort you across the busy street in front. And when you sit and relax on the outside sofa at the hotel entrance, they will always bring you a glass of water. Special touches everywhere. Even the owner Bing is always present in the hotel and is always checking to make sure your stay is top notch. Anna is the manager and her and her team are simply amazing. She is an incredible person and has a friendly and caring character. They are totally dedicated to making your stay an amazing experience and they have found a recipe for success in doing exactly that. I cannot wait to return."

"I have not been writing a lot of reviews lately but certainly, this is a well-deserved one. I travel so much and rarely feel this sense of true welcoming. The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter, walking distance from all main attractions, it is a new small boutique hotel, lovely decorated with dark colors truly charming. However, what really creates the wow factor, is the extraordinary service and attention, effortless and real from the front desk to the restaurant or the spa. I need to write about it because it is so rare. One night I did not sleep well because there was noise on the room next to mine, not only they change my room but they offered a massage on the spa, it was with no doubt the best massage of my life. The restaurant chestnut was also warming and attentive with a fantastic choice of food. This is for sure a place I will return."

"Everyone here is so warm and welcoming. The staff is very attentive and will go above and beyond. The manager, I believe her name is Anna was very nice. They give you recommendations on where to eat. The rooftop is also nicely decorated, I can totally see Instagrammers taking photos up there. We got cocktails at the rooftop for Happy Hour. The hotel itself is close to the famous Train Street, but farther away from the touristy areas."

"I've never writen any reviews or recommendations before but this hotel deserves one. I love the way they build up the idea(Indochina concept). Like, Indochina is not something new but this hotel is completely different, from the color to the decoration. And not to mention, the service is beyond expectation, from staffs to employer, they're all in a great combination. The variety of foods and cocktails(there is a master of cocktail, he's awesome) wows me. In a nutshell, i highly highly recommend this one, as I mentioned, it deserves a top recommendation."

"I have visited 40 countries, stayed at the Carlyle in New York, the One Above penthouse in Capetown, many St. Regis hotels and all the higher end chain hotels. The Delicacy hotel is up there with the very best. In fact it outshines most with impeccable attention to detail. I was half way through a solo cycletour of Vietnam and after 5 weeks on the saddle needed some luxury so I booked two nights at the Delicacy Hotel after seeing the reviews. The very first impression I had made the right decision was when Anna the receptionist insisted on helping carry my gear up the stairs. I was sold. Every member of the staff was aware of my needs and knew my name with suggestions tailored to my vegetarian diet and needs. The restaurant was a welcome treat with exceptional dishes any vegetarian would love, served quietly and elegantly.. a must visit."

"This is the first time back to Vietnam since I left as a 1 year old baby. I did not know what to expect. My family and I have had the privilege of staying at many wonderful hotels such as the Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, St. Regis and so forth. We booked the Delicacy because of the amazing reviews. This boutique hotel has the BEST customer service EVER!!! It stands above and beyond the rest of the major hotels. They treat every single one of their guests like VIP. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are pampered at this hotel. My mom bought some mangoes at the local market but we had no way of peeling it. I asked to borrow a peeler and what I got was “we can do it for you madame...please have a seat and we will bring it over to your table”. Incredible!!!"
